Custom Hat Bar Experience

Please choose the # of people in your group when booking. If you need to have a party with more than 12, please contact me to discuss. 

**You must make any group # changes 3 days prior to your scheduled appt. If you book for 6 people and bring in 5, you lose the deposit for that person. If you bring in more than you scheduled for without notice, please note that we may not get hats completed for those extra guests when another hat party is booked after yours and we run out of time. 

It is very important you are on time for your appointment and have made the necessary communications regarding any changes to your group. I buy hats and supplies based on hat bar bookings as well as hire staff. If you bring in more and we are not staffed, this causes delays in the appt. If you bring in less people and I have hired staff based on what was scheduled, this costs me so I will have to keep the deposit. 

I hope you all understand these rules! The Hat Bar is getting busier and busier and I am so thankful! But for everyone to have an enjoyable experience, we need to respect my time, your time and other peoples time.
